SITE SURVEY
We will meet you at your property and survey the area to determine such issues as the position of the project and
utilities necessary as well as other relevant conditions.
DESIGN AND PLANNING
If you don't already have your home plans we will help create your preliminary layout to be able to bid from, or
if you have plans we will help redline them to suite your needs and budget. This is one of the areas that people get lost
in. Here is where we can help you out tremendously to guide you through the planning process.
CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION
During the construction process we will contact you weekly on the status of your project and scheduling work to be performed
in the upcoming week. In between that time period we are always available by phone to receive your input. Alot of people will
try to build a home themselves and find out later what a mess it is. There are structural situations that arise that have
to be delt with and the knowlege to do so. Product specifacations that need to be comunicated to sub contractors is essentual
and that can cause big problems if it is not done correctly. That is why you need a good General Contractor.
